The beautiful grounds add a serene atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely stroll. the breakfast options felt limited, and service for food could be slow at times. The garden is a standout feature, offering a nice escape where you can unwind. The building itself has a charming historic vibe, adding character to your stay.
You'll likely notice that the rooms are showing their age, with outdated decor and some maintenance issues. There's no air conditioning, which can make for an uncomfortable night during heat waves. The breakfast choices are not impressive, lacking variety and freshness, while the nearby train station is a fair walk away, which isn’t ideal for those wanting easy access to the city. the bar lacks creativity in its drink selections and could use an upgrade, too.
